Ashley and Kenneth's story began in 2015 at Santa Barbara's finest karaoke dive bar, Bo Henry's. On this harsh summer's night, Kenneth warmed Ashley's soul with his piercing, yet gentle voice, by delivering a near-perfect rendition of Aladdin's A Whole New World. At the time, Ashley was unaware that Kenneth would actually show her the world. Shortly after his stellar performance, Kenneth turned down multiple record deals so that he could take Ashley on their first date at their favorite restaurant, Zaytoon.


Their love continued to grow over the years as they embarked upon countless adventures near and far. On their most recent adventure to Italy, just a short nine years after they first met, Kenneth asked Ashley a question that would change their lives forever. And though Ashley has officially retired from the karaoke scene after an unfortunate incident involving a mic drop (not the good kind), she enthusiastically said 'yes' to a lifetime of fun, adventure, love, and Kenneth’s unwavering belief that he can hit the high notes.
